As Executive director of IME Ibrahim is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s strategy and ensuring its overall performance as IME evolves to support the needs of its members, clients, customers, and partners in a changing and dynamic sector.
Ibrahim is a certified accountant and senior financial professional with 13 years international NGOs experience based in Sudan, he is expert in organizations capacities, compliance, people skills, and operations excellence.
Ibrahim’s experience includes working for a number of prominent INGO’s including German Agro Action, Save the Children and the British Council.
During last three years he delivered more than 105 Humentum in-house and open training courses in all parts (Value for resources, Financial planning, accounting records, reporting, internal controls, grant management, financial sustainability, and financial strategic planning). In addition to the training, he conducted more than 190 mentoring support visit and on the job training to CSOs.
Currently, he works for the Inspire for management excellence as a trainer in different projects including KLP British council programme.
